We’re an eco company looking to eliminate unsustainable products by creating sustainable alternatives that are friendly for humans and the planet!
Our first product release is a green, durable biodegradable rice straw. With over 500 million straws used per day in the USA alone it’s undeniable that people love straws! So why not choose an alternative like our green, sustainable and durable REECO straws?
149.7 million tons of rice is wasted each year. We use the wasted rice surplus retrieved from the fields and turns it into rice flour used in our straws. Our rice comes from Vietnam where over 28 million tonnes of rice is produced/year and growing as the world demand grows. More rice means more broken pieces and more opportunity to use it for other purposes.
By creating a market for these normally discarded pieces of rice, we are contributing to the reduction of greenhouse gases, which is generated from the waste of surplus rice.
